Sound is all around us . Some sounds give us important information, like the ring of a fire alarm. Other sounds are just fun to listen to, like a favorite band. Some sounds are loud, like the crash of thunder. Other sounds are soft, like wind blowing through the leaves of a tree. No matter how we classify different sounds, they help us get a sense of the world around us.
